Refund Policy

Deposit

A 30% deposit is required upon booking. It is non-refundable, except if the Studio refuses the project.

Cancellation

• More than 24 hours before: deposit retained
• Less than 24 hours: deposit retained
• No-show: deposit retained

Rescheduling

• Only one reschedule allowed
• Must be requested at least 2 weeks in advance
• Deposit is transferred
• Otherwise considered a cancellation

Project refusal

If the Studio refuses the project, the deposit is refunded within 5 to 10 business days via Stripe.

Remaining balance

The remaining balance (70%) is paid at the studio on the day of the appointment. It is non-refundable.
