By using the website and making a booking, you accept these terms.

Services

The Studio offers custom artistic tattoos, by appointment only:

• Short block — 2 hours
• Half day — 4 hours
• Full day — 7 hours

The Studio reserves the right to modify pricing and formats at any time.

Access conditions

To access services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Provide compliant photos
• Pay a 30% deposit

Studio rights

The Studio reserves the right to:

• Refuse a project
• Cancel a booking in case of incorrect information
• Adjust the session format with client agreement
• Interrupt or extend a session

Client responsibility

The client is responsible for:

• The quality of provided photos
• The choice of session format
• Punctuality
• Accuracy of information

Intellectual property

Reproduction of existing tattoos is not allowed. The Studio’s creations remain its artistic property. The client has a personal usage right. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada.
